Guides & helps the faith of the children in Grades K- 6 for those in need of their ​First Holy Communion Preparation and for Continuing Faith Formation.
REQUIREMENTS
Parents MUST be registered parishioners and MUST bring a copy of their child's birth certificate, baptismal certificate and completed registration form and registration fee. For more information, visit our parish office during open hours.

$100 for one child
$200 for two
$250 for three.

YOU MUST HAVE 3 FORMS UPON COMPLETION: BIRTH CERTIFICATE, BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE & REGISTRATION FORM.
YOUTH 7-12
Understanding the social experiential nature of youth, the Blessed Sacrament Church Youth Faith Formation program grades 6-12 focuses on community and faith building. We look to provide guidance and teaching for the youth in the areas of stewardship,worship,evangelización,scripture, and having a personal relationship with God. Our goal is to develop the youth into mature, life-long members of the Body of Christ.

Parents MUST be registered and ACTIVE parishioners Bring a copy of their child's birth certificate, baptismal certificate and completed registration form and registration fee.
